I have 18 years experience in Chicago, New Jersey, New York and Vermont with accounting firms, private industry firms in the various states; Mutual Fund and Government Securities firms on Wall Street, New York; and a securities brokerage firm on Bay Street, Toronto.
Junction Income Tax was established in December 1982 to provide various tax preparation and accounting services. The firm has a varied clientele of individuals, incorporated and Unincorporated businesses, both large and small. The services include the preparation of Canadian Federal and Provincial, U.S.A. Federal, State and City tax returns for individual, corporations and estate and trust returns; (G.S.T. (federal) and P.S.T. (provincial) sales tax returns; Financial Statements; computerized bookkeeping and payroll maintenance; Canadian and U.S.A. consulting on various cross border issues.
Also, preparation of expert analyses for presentation to the court in special cases:. This involves the use of complicated computerized spreadsheet analyses; and the preparation of abstracts from Brokers' monthly client account statements. These abstracts include: continuity schedules, security trading analyses; client account profitability, turnover analyses, margin calculations and option exposure in a down market.
